    Always a hit! I usually stop by for an excellent iced vanilla latte while waiting for my car tires to be checked nearby. It's a frill-free small shop, a few parking spots, with quick but excellent service. We ordered the breakfast burrito this morning and it was perfect. Shared with a friend because it was filling! Forever a 5 star for me!

    Can I get a cocka-doodle-do? Heck yeah I can!!! Rooster cafe is THE spot for a good breakfast. Thought about Denny's, or even IHOP down the street. Then I remembered I love life and don't want to die yet. That's where I ran into Rooster Cafe on my yelp feed! Lots of options, good original food, and a very clean place to eat. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a good breakfast spot in Costa Mesa!

    I love coming here! This was my second time here. The first time, I'd been getting my tires changed at the tire place nearby and happened upon the cafe while looking for a place to hang out. This time, my siblings and I were looking for a place for brunch. By the time we got there I wasn't feeling well (I get motion sickness and had been in the back seat of the car) so I was stealing small bites from their plates. My brother got the French toast and my sister got the waffles. Both were AMAZING. The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and buttery all the way through. The French toast was genuinely some of the best French toast I've ever had. This place is definitely a hidden gem and I cant wait to go back.
